DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time of orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by Burdock KandyFor US Orders: Please allow 3-8 business days. Due to COVID-19 shipping could be delayed, please allow up to 10-15 business days to receive your order AFTER your order has been processed.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for significantly delayed orders or any orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
By purchasing your products, YOU AGREE that Burdock Kandy will not be held responsible If you receive damaged product. If you feel you need to reach out to customer service, please provide a picture within the email for review. If you feel that your order was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 3 days of placing your order.
